If you switch, your tulpa is using the body and you are sitting in the back seat - in such a way that it would be far more difficult to simply go back to using the body without your tulpa also switching back as well.
not sure if this is going to help any, since i don't know what if what i do is considered switching or possession, but i relax and slowly let my thoughts slip to the back, as clairs thoughts slip to the front, what it ultimately feels like is my mind running off of her thoughts, which makes the body feel as if it's on auto-pilot, except it's far more intelligent and capable of mannerisms and such that i don't do under normal circumstances
I don't believe people actually go to wonderland during this. It makes more sense to me that the mind just generates memories when they are called back to attention.

2. Give them experience, whether it is speaking to them, showing them the world around you, eventually allowing them to use the body or talk to other people, etc.
just have to say, it's better to try and find underlying themes when it comes to guides and advice concerning creating a tulpa, there's a fair amount of "icing" that works better for some people than others

I don't suggest this, but isolation from other people did aid in my creation. It meant my host had no one else to speak to, so he would talk to me constantly.
